DELIVERY POLICY

This delivery policy gives details of the delivery methods, delivery periods and delivery charges that apply to any orders for our products made through our website.

This policy is not intended to and does not create legally enforceable rights and obligations. It merely indicates our usual practice in relation to the delivery of products.

We strive to ensure timely delivery of your orders.

DELIVERY TIMEFRAME*

  • Order by 8 PM (Monday–Friday) delivered with in 3 days.
  • Orders placed on weekends (Saturday & Sunday) will also be delivered within 2–3 business days.
  • Please note: We do may not process or deliver orders during Sundays.

While we strive to fulfill all orders promptly, please note that during periods of high order volume, such as Black Friday, Eid Holidays, and other peak seasons, there may be occasional delays in processing and delivery. We appreciate your understanding and patience as we work to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

DELIVERY COSTS

  • Orders below AED 100 value, will incur a standard delivery fees. Over the amount of AED 100, we offer free delivery to addresses within Dubai, Sharjah, and Abu Dhabi in the UAE. This offer applies to standard shipping and is valid for all purchases made through our Website.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has shipped, you will receive email communication based on the order status.

DELIVERY ISSUES

If you encounter any issues with your delivery, please contact our customer service on via email or phone number shared in delivery instructions. We will not be liable to you for any errors in the delivery address provided by you or for any subsequent change of address of which we have not been notified and acknowledged prior to dispatch.

RETURNS POLICY

Due to the nature of goods sold being perishable food items, we do not accept return the products. In case of damage or in accurate product received, please contact us immediately. In case of eligible refunds, all refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-15 business days after approval.
